Office Manager (Detail-Driven)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to support our office staff and leadership team. This role is available part-time or full-time and offers flexibility as responsibilities grow. You’ll be a central point of support, ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated.

What You’ll Do

Support office staff with budget tracking, invoices, and expense reporting
Coordinate meeting planning, scheduling, materials, and follow-up
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and records
Assist with special projects that require organization, consistency, and attention to detail
Help improve office systems and processes to keep things running smoothly
Serve as a reliable, professional point of contact for internal needs

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented and enjoys staying organized
Strong communication and follow-through skills
Comfortable working with budgets, calendars, and basic reporting tools
Proficiency with common office software (email, spreadsheets, documents)
Prior office, administrative, or operations experience is helpful but not required
