Full Job Description

Help Build Something From Day One

Xeo Software is preparing to launch Stratym, our business operations platform, this September.

We're looking for the first person to join our U.S. team.

This isn't a traditional Customer Success job. It isn't an Office Manager role. It isn't an Executive Assistant

position.

It's an opportunity to help build something from the beginning.

You'll work directly with our founder to become an expert in Stratym, create an outstanding customer

experience, and help establish the foundation for our U.S. operations. As we grow, you'll have a major voice in

shaping how Customer Success works, how customers are supported, and how our Fort Collins office

operates.

If you're someone who likes figuring things out, taking ownership, and making things better, you'll probably

enjoy this role.

What You'll Be Doing

Your first priority is learning Stratym inside and out.

We want you to understand not only how the software works, but how our customers use it to run their

businesses. The goal is to become someone who can confidently demonstrate the product, train customers,

answer questions, and identify ways to improve the overall experience.

Just as importantly, you'll help build the systems around the product.

You'll create customer-facing documentation from our technical materials, design onboarding workflows, help

implement a ticketing system, establish a Customer Success inbox, recommend better processes, and work

with our developers to continually improve how we support customers.

Because you're our first U.S. employee, you'll also help with the practical side of building a company. Some

weeks that may mean coordinating office vendors or equipment. Other weeks you may be interviewing

candidates, improving internal processes, or solving operational problems that don't fit neatly into anyone

else's job description.

No two weeks will look exactly alike.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, we'd expect you to:

● Become the person everyone turns to for questions about Stratym.

● Build onboarding and training materials customers actually enjoy using.

● Create a Customer Success process that's organized, scalable, and easy to improve.

● Help implement the tools and workflows needed to support customers efficiently.

● Earn the trust of customers and the international product team.

● Take ownership of meaningful operational responsibilities without needing constant direction.

● Give the founder more time to focus on building the product instead of managing day-to-day operations.

Who Will Thrive Here

You might come from Customer Success, implementation, consulting, operations, technical support, project

management, or another role where you've had to learn quickly, solve problems, and own important outcomes.

You might also be earlier in your career.
