Job Overview

Uncapped commission potential: $650/week base + $55 per completed deal. We are seeking high-performing, motivated Medicare Sales Specialists to join our fast-growing team in Plantation, FL.

In this role, you will focus 100% of your energy on consulting and closing—handling 100% inbound calls from warm, interested beneficiaries. We provide full back-office operational support, including dedicated compliance teams, customer service, and continuous agent training so you can focus entirely on producing.

We are actively filling 16 dedicated seats for the upcoming season, with immediate priority given to agents who have clean releases ready to contract.

Responsibilities

Handle 100% inbound sales calls from prospective clients seeking Medicare coverage options (zero cold calling or self-prospecting).
Conduct personalized consultations to evaluate healthcare and prescription needs, presenting suitable Medicare Advantage (MA/MAPD) and Standalone Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).
Navigate multiple carrier portals and SunFire efficiently to run quotes, analyze drug formularies, check provider networks, and complete enrollments seamlessly.
Maintain active multi-state licenses to effectively serve inbound leads across different regions.
Track pipeline progress, callbacks, and client interactions using our internal CRM system.
Adhere strictly to CMS guidelines, insurance regulations, and compliance standards during every interaction.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly production targets.

Qualifications

Active 2-15 or 2-40 License (Health/Life & Health Required).
Clean Carrier Release Status: Must have clean releases in hand or the ability to obtain immediate release from prior uplines to contract rapidly.
AHIP Certification: Current AHIP required (or willing to obtain certification within 5–7 days of hire).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience specializing in Medicare Advantage (MA/MAPD) and PDP sales preferred.
System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SunFire and major carrier portals (e.g., Aetna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Devoted, Wellcare).
Excellent phone presence, consultation skills, and strong closing abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Self-motivated mindset driven by high earning potential in a performance-based, supportive environment.
