Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospitality Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to elevate our brand presence within the hospitality industry. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, foster strategic partnerships, and drive demand generation initiatives that resonate with our target audiences. Your energetic approach and expertise in multichannel marketing will help us build meaningful relationships, increase visibility, and achieve measurable growth across all platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, and make a tangible difference in our organization’s success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Manage and optimize social media platforms using social media marketing tools and advertising sales strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Coordinate partnership opportunities with local businesses, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to expand reach and generate new revenue streams.
Utilize web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data-driven insights, and refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Oversee the creation of compelling content including copywriting for websites, blogs, press releases, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design needs.
Implement marketing automation tools and manage CRM systems to streamline communications, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
Lead cross-functional teams in executing demand generation marketing efforts that support sales objectives while managing budgets efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in multichannel marketing, digital marketing, content writing, and campaign management within the hospitality or related industries.
Strong proficiency in SEO techniques, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and social media advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and print advertising production processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage marketing projects from conception through execution while collaborating effectively with sales teams, product managers, and external partners.
Experience with web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics to inform data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and email marketing best practices.
Excellent copywriting skills combined with research capabilities to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
Strong leadership qualities with experience managing marketing or public relations teams; capable of motivating team members toward shared goals.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
