Full Job Description

Overview
Are you a seasoned title professional with a proven book of business and strong relationships with realtors and lenders? We’d love to hear from you. This is a remote opportunity designed for top talent who wants to control their earning potential.

Duties

Process and manage title insurance transactions from start to finish
Conduct title searches and examinations
Prepare closing documents and finalize transactions
Perform closings and coordinate with all parties to ensure a smooth closing
Maintain and grow relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies
Manage documentation, data integrity, and closing timelines
Leverage your book of business and existing relationships to drive ongoing opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the title industry, working as a closer
Proven book of business with established relationships with realtors and lenders
Experience with electronic closing ClosingVue ,aka-E-Closing software and processes
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication
Superior interpersonal abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual English and Spanish
Notary Public
