Highest paying Dermatology front desk receptionist position in South Florida. Work in a NON-CORPORATE OWNED, friendly and team-oriented environment. Commissions are also paid in ADDITION to the generous salary!

Competitive salary along with ability to earn commissions on products you sell. We offer Coolsculpting, Botox, Filler, Hydrafacials, facial creams, microneedling, Morpheus, lasers and much more! Staff also receives all services at a discount.

Front desk receptionist candidate MUST BE FLUENTLY BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH, and able to multitask. Dermatology and EMA experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Collect patient information and verify details accurately.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Utilize software systems such as EMA for patient records management.
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers regarding appointments and procedures.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff efficiently.
