LEA / Interventionist
About the Position
We are seeking a highly organized, technologically savvy, detail-oriented LEA / Interventionist to support student services, intervention implementation, communication, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day educational operations.
The ideal candidate is an independent learner who can quickly understand and apply procedures, follow detailed written, auditory, and visual instructions, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong deductive reasoning, adaptability, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced educational environment.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently while maintaining consistent communication with team members, students, families, and educational professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement student intervention and educational service plans.
- Maintain and update student service schedules accurately and consistently.
- Follow detailed written, auditory, and visual directions and instructions.
- Implement and execute established procedures, protocols, and assigned tasks.
- Review student-related information and identify important details, patterns, and next steps.
- Demonstrate strong reading comprehension when reviewing educational materials, instructions, student information, and documentation.
- Independently learn new concepts, review materials, and apply newly acquired knowledge.
- Use technology effectively to complete daily responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize Zoom, Google Docs, and Google Sheets confidently and efficiently.
- Read and respond to emails daily and maintain timely professional communication.
- Track assignments, responsibilities, deadlines, and due dates.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
- Adapt quickly to changes in schedules, student needs, priorities, procedures, and assignments.
- Demonstrate strong "with-it-ness" — awareness of what is happening, what needs attention, and what should happen next.
- Use deductive reasoning and sound judgment to identify solutions and determine appropriate next steps.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through written, verbal, auditory, and digital platforms.
- Complete assigned tasks independently and take initiative when clarification or additional information is needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling student and educational information.
