Job Description Summary:

Position Responsibilities

Answers phone calls with appropriate greeting, and addresses and resolves issues or transfers to appropriate staff.
Creates work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) from online WO Requests queue, phone calls, and emails.
.Schedules and dispatch work using a two-way radio system.
Orders office supplies and maintains in-Office inventory.
Orders signage for the department and coordiantes installaiton.
Monitors and responds to email requests received through [email protected]. Escalates end-user issues relating to service performance
Ensures that alarm notifications received through electronic monitoring systems, Security or email are accurately reported.
Ensures that Leadership is appropriately advised regarding special issues, utility disruptions and emergencies.
Prepares Purchase Requisitions and maintains departmental record of it.
Processes Invoices and Check Requests.
Maintainers a record of Utilities cost and consumption ( Water, Electricity and Natural Gas).
Prepares Memos, Minutes & Reports utilizing Microsoft Office.
Perform other tasks as necessary to maintain the smooth operation of the department.
Demonstrates knowledge regarding department specific policies and procedures including response to emergencies.

License/Registration/Certification

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- One year minimum experience clerical work. Good communication skills. Able to type 20-25 wpm. Good organizational skills.
