Compensation Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

This high-visibility contract role offers a unique entry point to manage core pricing systems and optimize operational workflows directly supporting marketing leadership. As a key operational partner, you will leverage advanced analytics and modern AI tooling to transform complex data into actionable rate structures that drive business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Translate and configure complex master rate sheet data into standardized billing deliverables to drive seamless product launches across commercial platforms.
- Leverage and integrate advanced operational tools, including Excel dashboards
- Audit and proofread high-volume configuration files, property details, and promotional structures to ensure absolute operational accuracy and data integrity.
- Coordinate and communicate across cross-functional stakeholder teams to streamline launch ticket resolution and expedite high-volume project demand.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a data-heavy marketing operations, analyst, or business configuration role (open to motivated recent graduates with relevant internship experience).
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proprietary spreadsheet systems, with a proven ability to map, translate, and synthesize multi-source data.
- Proven track record of maintaining exceptional attention to detail while independently managing competing priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Strong professional communication skills with a collaborative mindset; experience with telecommunications, Jira, or AI workflow platforms is a strong plus.
