Join Our Team as a Finance & HR Operations Manager

At KairosIT, we are looking for a dynamic Finance & HR Operations Manager to join our team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Financial Management: Oversee the entire billing cycle, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out promptly. Manage collections to maintain our cash flow and financial health. Conduct monthly financial closings and prepare reports for senior management.
Financial Controls: Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
HR Operations: Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and regulations, keeping our HR practices up-to-date and legally sound.
Team Management: Directly manage a Bookkeeper, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Collaborate with external vendors to optimize service delivery and cost-efficiency.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across both finance and HR functions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, HR coordination, or People Ops roles
Demonstrated ownership of month-end close and balance sheet review
Experience with billing and collections processes
Proficiency in HRIS workflows; Rippling experience preferred
Familiarity with multi-state HR compliance and employee lifecycle documentation
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong spreadsheet skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
