This is a hourly position with work hours from 7:00 AM to 4pm or 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks, earning a competitive wage of $30 - $35/hr depending on experience. Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping activities, including monitoring bank accounts and processing customer payments.

Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments.

Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.

Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports.

Assist with payroll processing and general accounting support.

Maintain organized financial records and provide documentation upon request.

Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements.

Send monthly customer statements.

Manage accounting functions using QuickBooks and ServiceTitan.

Maintain current subcontractor Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and subcontractor agreements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required

QuickBooks experience is required

Sales tax experience is required
