Our modern, doctor-owned pediatric dental and orthodontic practice is growing—and we're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is organized, personable, dependable, and excited to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude
Managing phone calls, texts, and emails with confidence and professionalism
Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
Assisting with patient check-in and check-out
Coordinating patient care and communication between our administrative and clinical teams
Maintaining organized patient records and communication systems
Helping keep the daily schedule organized and running smoothly
Supporting both the pediatric dental and orthodontic sides of the practice
Assisting with administrative projects and practice initiatives as needed
Helping us continually improve the patient experience

What We're Looking For

A positive, energetic, and professional personality with excellent people skills
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients and families
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay on track in a busy environment
Strong communication skills—in person, over the phone, and digitally
Comfortable learning new technology and systems

A team player who is willing to jump in and help when needed
Someone who is motivated to learn, take on responsibility, and grow within the practice

Previous dental, medical, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. We're willing to train someone with the right personality, work ethic, and desire to grow.
