We're hiring a Full-Time Ice Cream Maker for our Back of House Staff at the Bruster's Ice Cream location in Tega Cay, South Carolina! We are looking for responsible, hardworking, positive people who enjoy giving their best to enhance the customer’s experience. We will teach you everything you need to know. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee Back of the Store
· Open store when scheduled
· Manage and control inventory and production
· Ensure product is properly stocked throughout the store
· Produce ice cream, sherbet, and ice when scheduled.
· Possess knowledge of building & equipment
· Ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed
Requirements
· Food service background preferred
· Basic computer skills required
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Basic math skills
· Previous leadership experience a plus
· Strong customer service skills
· Flexible schedule
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Reliable transportation
Compensation
· Competitive pay based on experience
· Biweekly pay
Schedule
· Weekends required (Mostly Mornings)
· 6 to 8 hour shifts
· 32 to 40 hours a week following training
