Job Title: SAP Ariba Vendor Ops Analyst

Location: (City, State & Zip code): Des Moines, IA 50265& Charlotte, NC 28202[Hybrid]

Duration: 6 months with potential to extend

Pay Range: $28-$32 /Hr.

About the role:

The Supplier Enablement / SAP Ariba Ops Analyst will support supplier onboarding and enablement through SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft. The role will manage supplier setup and maintenance, troubleshoot supplier and system issues, support UAT and system enhancement activities, and work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful supplier onboarding and accurate supplier records.

Key Responsibilities of the Job:

Manage unique supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects such as Early Pay Discount and Virtual Card.
Monitor Ariba Buying & Invoicing supplier mismatch reports, research discrepancies, and resolve issues between Ariba and PeopleSoft.
Troubleshoot escalated and complex questions from internal business groups and external suppliers related to Ariba and PeopleSoft.
Complete monthly UAT system testing efforts, including submitting test scripts, reporting system defects, and supporting system and process enhancements.
Manage system cleanup activities, including inactivating unused supplier locations and adding physical addresses to older active suppliers for Global Sanctions screening.
Work with Ariba, supplier key contacts, Sourcing and Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Enabling Capabilities, and Business Groups to successfully onboard suppliers for transacting in Ariba.

Mandatory requirements:

Experience with SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft systems.
Experience with supplier setup, maintenance, and onboarding.
Ability to troubleshoot Ariba and PeopleSoft system issues with suppliers and internal teams.
Experience with UAT system testing and test scripts.
Ability to independently prioritize and complete escalations with little direction or management oversight.
Ability to analyze process risks and document procedures and training requirements.

Preferred requirements:

Experience with Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
Experience with supplier mismatch reports and resolving discrepancies between Ariba and PeopleSoft.
Experience with supplier system cleanup activities and maintaining an accurate system of record.
Experience working with Procurement, Sourcing and Contracts, Accounts Payable, Enabling Capabilities, and Business Groups.
