Job Title: Aesthetic Injector / Laser Professional

Company: Bespoke Plastic Surgery

Location: Ballantyne, NC

COMPENSATION: This is a COMMISSION position. There is a guarantee, but it is NOT a salary plus commission. It is a minimum guarantee and the provider makes the higher of the 2 each pay period.

This position is NOT for you if you are looking for a high-base compensation guarantee. If you are a high performer and believe in your ability to build your business, you can make in excess of 200K over time. We have had other providers makes this in similar instances under this same compensation model. However, you will not start off that way and need to know that prior to considering this position.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse or NP/PA to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality cosmetic treatments, helping our clients achieve their aesthetic & weight loss goals, and ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout the process.

This position REQUIRES previous Injectible & Laser Experience. You MUST be prepared to perform Lasers ( NOT LHR ) in addition to Injectible services. This is NOT just an Injectible position. This is a comprehensive Aesthetic Professional position.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their aesthetic concerns and goals.
Develop personalized treatment plans, including the selection of appropriate dermal fillers and neuromodulators, lasers, and weight loss.
Administer injectable treatments, such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injections, with precision and care.
Administer laser treatments like fractionated CO2, IPL, and other aesthetic modalities aimed at delivering outstanding outcomes.
Provide Consultations and deliver weight loss programs with knowledge and compassion
Ensure client comfort and safety during procedures by following best practices and maintaining a sterile environment.
Educate clients about the benefits and risks of treatments, as well as post-procedure care instructions.
Keep detailed records of client treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous training and professional development.
Collaborate with the clinic's team to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
Play an integral role in the development of a cross-functional team with

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN), (NP) or (PA) license in NC.
Certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Proven experience in administering dermal fillers and neuromodulators.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
Background and training in weight loss with semi-glutide protocols
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide compassionate care and build rapport with clients.
Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
