Job Overview

Baker Auto Group in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a full-time Automotive Office Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dealership accounting operations and managing office staff in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The Automotive Office Manager must be highly qualified and have at least two years of experience within an AUTOMOTIVE office. Controller level growth potential is available for the right candidate.

Office Manager Essential Duties:

Oversee the office staff and help with day-to-day operations
Supervise and train accounting office staff
Process weekly and monthly payroll and HR related functions
Reconcile accounts and assist with month end close
Oversee manufacturer accounts, warranty claims and incentives
Complete daily bank and credit card deposits
Work closely with the Controller on financial reporting

Office Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of dealership office management or accounting experience
Outstanding written, verbal and presentation-based communication skills
Experience with deal posting, AP/AR, payroll and title work
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
High School Degree or GED
Valid US Driver's License
Experience with Dealertrack a plus
