Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this guest-focused role, you will create exceptional first impressions by providing warm, personalized service while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude will help deliver memorable guest experiences from arrival through departure. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your hospitality, customer service, and administrative skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Manage the front desk by efficiently handling guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and reports using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management systems.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Process payments, issue receipts, and balance daily transactions in accordance with company procedures.
Keep the front desk, lobby, and reception areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Uphold company standards for hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or customer-facing service roles preferred.
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service with a friendly and positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.
Comfortable using multi-line phone systems, computers, and other office technology.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented when handling guest concerns.
Bilingual skills are an asset and highly valued.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

This position is ideal for candidates with previous hotel or hospitality experience who thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
