Kids Rock Child Care – Chattanooga
Full-Time Position

Kids Rock Child Care is looking for an energetic, organized, and results-driven Enrollment & Marketing Director to help grow enrollment across our childcare centers.

This position is focused primarily on bringing new families into Kids Rock and keeping our centers full. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, building community relationships, following up with prospective families, and finding creative ways to promote our centers.

Primary ResponsibilitiesEnrollment & Family Follow-Up

Respond quickly to calls, messages, and inquiries from prospective families.
Schedule and conduct tours of our childcare centers.
Follow up with families after tours and inquiries.
Maintain an organized list of prospective families and enrollment opportunities.
Work with center directors to understand current openings and classroom availability.
Help families through the enrollment process from the first inquiry through the child's first day.
Develop strategies to fill available classroom spaces and maintain strong enrollment.

Marketing

Develop and execute marketing ideas to promote Kids Rock.
Manage and improve our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other appropriate platforms.
Create and coordinate promotions, flyers, open houses, and community events.
Identify new opportunities to advertise Kids Rock locally.
Track which advertising and marketing efforts are actually producing new enrollments.
Help develop special promotions when enrollment needs additional support.

Community Partnerships

Build relationships with local businesses, hospitals, schools, churches, community organizations, and employers.
Develop employee childcare discount partnerships with local companies.
Maintain and expand relationships with organizations that can refer families to Kids Rock.
Attend appropriate community events to represent and promote Kids Rock.
Look for creative opportunities to introduce Kids Rock to new families throughout the Chattanooga area.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with parents.
Strong at sales and follow-up.
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
Organized and able to keep track of leads and prospective families.
Comfortable making phone calls and developing new business relationships.
Creative with marketing and community outreach.
Comfortable using social media for business.
Able to communicate and work closely with our center directors and ownership team.
Focused on measurable results — especially increasing enrollment.

Experience in childcare is helpful but not required. Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, community outreach, or enrollment is highly valued.

How Success Will Be Measured

This is a results-oriented position. Performance will be evaluated based on:

Number of new family inquiries.
Tours scheduled and completed.
Tour-to-enrollment conversion.
New children enrolled.
Follow-up with prospective families.
Development of community and employer partnerships.
Effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Overall enrollment growth at Kids Rock.

About Kids Rock

Kids Rock Child Care operates childcare centers in the Chattanooga area. Our goal is to provide families with a welcoming, dependable environment for their children while continuing to strengthen and grow our centers.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of enrollment and marketing and become the person responsible for keeping our enrollment pipeline active and growing Kids Rock.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
