Position Overview
We're hiring a full-time RN or Paramedic for a hands-on patient care role: blood draws, patient assessments, and clinical support for our providers. But just as important as your clinical skills is how you make patients feel. Our patients choose us - and the person drawing their blood and checking them in clinically is a huge part of why they come back.

What You'll Do

Perform venipuncture / blood draws with skill, accuracy, and a calm, reassuring touch
Conduct patient assessments, including vitals and health history review
Build genuine rapport with patients - remember names, put nervous patients at ease, make every visit feel personal
Assist providers with treatments and clinical support
Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
Keep the clinical space clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license or Florida Paramedic certification (required)
Proficiency in venipuncture / phlebotomy (required)
Strong patient assessment skills
Regenerative medicine, wellness, IV therapy, or ER/urgent care experience a plus

Schedule

Full-time
Monday-Saturday, daytime hours - no nights
