Full Job Description

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting job seekers with rewarding career opportunities while supporting our employees and clients throughout the employment process. Every day is different, and your work will have a direct impact on helping people succeed.

What You'll Do

Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth and welcoming hiring experience.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates through inbound and outbound recruiting efforts.
Conduct arrival calls, assignment check-ins, and exit interviews to promote employee engagement and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants, employees, and clients through consistent communication.
Serve as a trusted resource by answering employee questions and helping resolve concerns.
Monitor active employee counts and open job orders to support daily recruiting priorities.
Track attendance trends and communicate concerns to leadership as needed.
Quickly escalate worksite, housing, or transportation issues to ensure employees receive timely support.
Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Meet or exceed recruiting, placement, and customer service goals.

What We're Looking For

Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software systems.
