RN Supervisor (Monday–Friday)

Fianna Hills Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and clinical excellence in a long-term care setting.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
Participation in an on-call rotation is required

Responsibilities

Participate in the facility's on-call rotation to provide clinical leadership and support.
Serve as the primary liaison with the Veterans Administration (VA), ensuring timely communication, coordination of services, and follow-up.
Assist with CNA staffing, scheduling, and daily staffing support to ensure quality resident care.
Oversee medical records to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal regulations.
Participate in physician rounds, communicate clinical updates, and assist with implementing physician recommendations.
Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff while promoting a positive team culture.
Assist with quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness.
Ensure exceptional resident-centered care is maintained throughout the facility.

Qualifications

Current Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations is preferred.
