Sissy’s Log Cabin

Job Overview

Sissy’s Log Cabin is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and service-minded Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to supporting the daily operations of the store, assisting our sales professionals, and helping provide the exceptional experience our clients expect.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, and willing to step in wherever needed. At Sissy’s Log Cabin, every position plays an important role in commemorating life’s special moments—and this one is no exception.

Responsibilities

Perform daily clerical duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct clients to the appropriate team member.
Greet clients and guests warmly, creating a welcoming and polished environment.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining store calendars.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Support sales professionals and store leadership with administrative and operational needs.
Maintain office and store supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with client communication, follow-up, and general customer service.
Help ensure paperwork, transactions, and records are completed accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and support the overall success of the store.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and company information with professionalism.
Assist with additional store responsibilities as needed—because at Sissy’s, we are one team.

Qualifications

Previous office, administrative, retail, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks.
Dependable, positive, and willing to take initiative.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and represent the Sissy’s Log Cabin brand with warmth and excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
