We are currently expanding our Russellville, AR team and are seeking motivated, experienced Repossession Agents/Recovery Drivers to join our operation. If you have experience in vehicle recovery, towing, or transportation and thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a Repossession Agent/Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for:
Safely locating and recovering vehicles assigned by our clients.
Transporting recovered vehicles to designated storage facilities or client locations.
Operating company-provided recovery vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
Maintaining professional interactions with consumers, law enforcement, clients, and property owners.
Documenting recoveries with accurate notes, photographs, and required reports.
Following all company policies, state laws, and industry regulations regarding collateral recovery.
Conducting yourself with professionalism while protecting company assets and maintaining safety at all times.
Working closely with dispatch to complete assignments efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement).
Previous repossession, towing, or recovery experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating on-call schedules.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic smartphone and computer skills for completing documentation and receiving assignments.
