Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing daily operations, and driving the overall success of the property. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, uphold high standards of service, and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality professional with proven managerial experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Duties

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
Lead and manage hospitality teams to deliver outstanding guest services aligned with property standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and occupancy management.
Manage budgets, financial operations, and expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining high service quality.
Supervise human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
Maintain property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline operations and improve guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel management regulations; uphold guest service standards at all times.
Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable stays for all visitors.
Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), property management software, and revenue management tools.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele.
Demonstrated ability to oversee hospitality operations budgets, financial management, and human resources functions effectively.
Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service excellence.
Familiarity with hotel guest service standards, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and promote a positive work environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of hotel operations.
