ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team!

Experienced Food & Beverage Assistant Manager for a busy Multi-Unit Location within an Airport.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth within our property. This position requires strong administrative skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen understanding of food, beverage, & retail management.

Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work early mornings, nights and weekends as needed.

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the food, beverage, & the retail sales team. Fast Food, Coffee Shop and Retail experience a must. Prior management experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of 85+ workers
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Perform hiring & firing duties
Period inventories along with ordering goods needed to run the business

What we’re looking for:

Someone with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
Someone that loves to help and serve others (both customers and team members)
Available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays (required).
Background Check Required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food, beverage & retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
