Overview
The Records Clerk will scan, index and prepare for storage all documents relating to the Quality System, assemble audit packets and enter information in a database. They will also provide general administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

Sort, scan, index, and prepare for storage, all quality documents relating to the Quality System.

Enter audit information into the audit database.
-
Audit quality documents for Retention Project.

Act as back up to the Receptionist, covering lunches and absences. Greet visitors and answer switchboard.

Collect machine records from the production floor and inter-office mail.

Maintain and update internal metrics, databases, and tracking systems.

Support Quality Systems Coordinator/Supervisor with administrative functions.

Assemble customer and Quality Audit packets.

Enter and properly file customer scorecards into FileMaker.

Upload and review customer Certificate of Compliance and FMEAs into OnBase.

Review quality documents for errors and keep record.

Produce EOM charts and email for all FWM production departments using Microsoft Power BI.

Perform other duties as requested by management.
Skills Needed

2 years’ relevant experience in an office environment.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Fast-paced office in a production environment.

Work hours consist of 40 hours per week.

Overtime may sometime be required.
