Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality. This position is primarily for second shift (3pm-11pm). Weekends are a requirement.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette skills with familiarity in using phone systems.
Excellent guest relations skills to create positive experiences for all visitors.

Knowledge of front desk operations within a hotel environment is an advantage.
Knowledge of Fosse is preferred, but not a requirement
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
