BAE Systems is seeking a Program Manager Senior in support of Advanced Tactical Radios. Within this role, your will be supporting our C4ISR area of business.

Responsibilities will include:

Program management position to work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendors that produce/repair ancillary equipment.
Ensuring schedule commitments are met and ensuring product delivery/receipt is completed.
Working with the vendor as well as with the customer and internal functional areas to ensure work is completed in the best and efficient possible course.
Ability to communicate, be highly organized and work with internal and external customers to include USG, international customers and OEMs is key to success.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience or in depth understanding of Program Management.
Prior experience and tools, such as, Microsoft Office suite will be essential.
Presentation capability will be needed to provide information to leadership.
Ability to learn local databases will be useful in finding information.
Communication skills are needed to ensure that day-to-day business is successful.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree or higher and 8+ years of work experience.
Preference for background in the following areas (optional): Engineering or PMP trained/certified or Finance.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
