Jibe Staffing is growing and seeking a Experienced Bilingual Staffing Branch Manager to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN!!! This person needs to have previous staffing experience, leading a team, high energy, great work ethic and a strong customer service background. This is a permanent, full-time internal position with Jibe Staffing, with unlimited growth potential. Please provide salary requirements when submitting resume.

Monday- Friday -8:00am - 5pm.

Salary Based on experience: $60,000 - $65,000

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations including; recruiting, payroll, drug screens, interviewing candidates, building a solid pipeline of quality candidates.

* High Volume Recruiting

* Excellent Communication, strong problem solving skills, work independently and strong conflict resolution.

* Recruitment Strategies: interviewing, onboarding processes for both internal and temporary associates.

* Leadership Skills

* Great Personality, go getter, strong sense of Urgency and Think outside the box attitude

* Attending job fairs, networking daily

* Conduct Jibe client service calls to ensure quality customer service.

* Responsible for coordinating the approach and communication strategy of new and reactivated client accounts.

* Partners with local staffing offices and Jibe corporate staff to enhance/supplement product knowledge needed to close the sale as well as implement the product solution.

* Establish contacts in the business community including active participation in local networking events to increase brand recognition and awareness.* Analyze all reports, utilizing the information to determine areas of improvement for the Jibe branch, and/or organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up skills.

* High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

* Ability to travel to various customer sites as needed. Reliable transportation a must.

* Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting.

* Service-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure.

Salary-$60,000-$65,000 -Staffing / Recruiting Experience Required.
