- Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain and organize company records, including contracts, invoices, and employee files.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating schedules.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
