Location: 100% Onsite | Relocation Required

Are you a recent civil or geotechnical engineering graduate eager to launch your career? Join a fast-growing engineering team in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where you’ll gain hands-on geotechnical experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Civil, Geotechnical, or Engineering Tech
Strong interest in geotechnical engineering (internship/academic exposure counts!)
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Willing to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN
Must be entry-level and early in career
Able to pass a criminal background check

Nice to Have:
Engineer in Training (EIT) or plans to obtain it
Certifications in soils or concrete
Internship or project-based experience in civil/geotech work
