Certified Dietary Manager

Job Summary:

Avir at Irving, a premier healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in planning, purchasing, preparing, and delivering high-quality food to our residents within a budgeted framework. Responsibilities:

Plan, purchase, prepare, and ensure delivery of nutritious, high-quality food to residents within the approved budget
Supervise and train dietary staff to maintain high standards of food service
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records and reports, including food service operations and inventory management
