Graphic Designer / Content Creator

The Marketing Blender | Fort Worth, TX | Full-Time | Hybrid

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Content Creator who can bring strong visual craft to a wide range of B2B industries and marketing deliverables — brand guidelines, campaign visuals, social graphics, sales collateral, presentations, and more. This role is about range: no two clients look alike, and neither should their designs.

Video and motion graphics skills are a welcome bonus here, not a requirement — we have other ways to cover that need. What we’re really after is a strong, versatile designer who’s passionate about their craft, endlessly curious, and dedicated to developing their mastery.

Your Day-to-Day

Concept and execute design deliverables — brand guidelines, marketing collateral, social graphics, presentations, and campaign visuals — for a wide range of B2B clients and industries
Juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring creative work is produced on time and on schedule
Write creative briefs and lead launch meetings with freelance talent
Brainstorm and develop ideas, campaign concepts, and visual communication strategies to elevate clients’ brands online
Partner with social media specialists to create attention-grabbing, on-brand social content
Collaborate with digital specialists and strategists to maximize conversions through high-impact visual communication
Troubleshoot creative issues with the team, clients, and third-party vendors
Participate in weekly team meetings
Stay current on design trends, techniques, software, and AI tools
Have fun!

Design Across Industries

Adapt visual style, tone, and brand voice across a wide range of B2B industries and client personalities
Build a versatile body of work across typical marketing deliverables: brand identity elements, one-pagers, decks, ebook/whitepaper covers, email graphics, digital ads, trade show and event materials, and more
Bring fresh creative thinking to “boring” industries — find the story and make it visually compelling
Use art, design, and visual communication to solve problems and set a high creative bar for the team

Bonus: Video & Motion (Nice to Have, Not Required)

Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (trimming, captions, simple animation) are a strong plus
Openness to occasionally contributing to The Marketing Blender Show or client video content

What You Bring

At least 2 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showing range across industries and formats
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
Comfortable working in Canva, and testing/using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Midjourney) to support design and content work — without falling into “AI slop”
Highly organized and energized by variety, with the ability to move fluidly between clients, projects, creative challenges, and deadlines
Calm under pressure, maintaining artistic integrity within budget and deadline
Comfortable collaborating with creative teams, strategists, and copywriters
Willing to help wherever needed, support teammates, and bring a positive outlook
Passion for B2B marketing, with a keen interest in telling great stories and building inspiring brands

Digital-First & Fast-Moving

Strong preference for experience in web design, including landing pages, website layouts, and other digital experiences
Able to translate campaign ideas and brand direction into compelling landing pages and web concepts that are both visually engaging and conversion-minded
Rapidly develops and visualizes creative concepts, exploring multiple directions before refining the strongest idea
Thrives in a high-volume, multi-client agency environment with the ability to manage competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and multiple projects without losing organization or quality
Brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to challenges, feedback, and changing priorities
Balances creative ambition with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and the practical realities of getting work out the door
