NEURO EYE TEAM

Associate Optometrist opportunity

Neuro Eye Team is a specialty neuro-optometric practice built for ODs who are ready to practice at the leading edge of the profession. We specialize in the cases that demand the most from a clinician — the ones other practices refer out because they require a deeper diagnostic lens, a more integrated understanding of the visual system, and the patience to find answers that aren’t obvious. Children struggling to read, adults recovering from traumatic brain injury, patients whose anxiety or dizziness traces back to a binocular vision disorder. When you join Neuro Eye Team, you’re not measuring prescriptions. You’re restoring function, confidence, and quality of life.

We’re looking for an associate OD who is energized by complexity, motivated by outcomes, and driven to work within a referral-based specialty practice where the most challenging cases in optometry land on your desk. Dr. Alex Conley, OD, FOVDRA, has built this practice at the intersection of optometry, neurology, and rehabilitation — and he’s looking for someone who shares that passion.

YOU’RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU

Are intellectually curious and never satisfied leaving a case unresolved
Lead with empathy — your patients feel heard, not processed
Communicate complex findings in ways patients and families actually understand
Thrive in a collaborative environment where the whole team is invested in outcomes
Have interest or training in binocular vision, vision therapy, or neuro-optometric. rehabilitation — or are ready to learn from the ground up

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Evaluate and manage complex binocular vision, neuro-optometric, and developmental cases in children and adults
Prescribe and oversee vision therapy programs delivered by our skilled therapy team
Hold hospital privileges to see patients rehabbing from brain injury, stroke, and neurological events
Collaborate closely with Dr. Conley and an experienced multidisciplinary team
