Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Home Organizer, where your passion for creating harmonious living spaces will transform homes into organized, functional, and inviting environments. In this role, you will work closely with clients to declutter, organize, and optimize their residential spaces, ensuring a seamless blend of practicality and aesthetic appeal. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will empower clients to enjoy more efficient and stress-free lifestyles. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through expert organization and personalized support.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to assess their organizational needs and develop tailored plans for each space
Implement effective storage solutions, space optimization strategies, and decluttering techniques
Assist with packing, moving, and unpacking belongings during relocations or renovations
Perform residential cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and general housekeeping tasks to maintain a tidy environment
Organize materials such as clothing, kitchenware, documents, and household items for easy access and usability
Provide caregiving support including childcare or working with seniors to ensure comfort and safety
Use scheduling software to coordinate appointments, plan sessions, and manage client communication efficiently
Drive clients or supplies as needed for errands or relocation purposes while maintaining safety standards
Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to client preferences and providing ongoing support

Experience

Previous experience in personal organizing, property management, or hospitality is highly desirable
Familiarity with residential cleaning, sanitation practices, and space optimization techniques
Experience in caregiving roles such as childcare or working with seniors enhances client trust and satisfaction
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in scheduling software and client communication tools is preferred
Hotel experience or personal assistant roles provide valuable insights into customer service excellence
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record are necessary for transportation responsibilities
