Long Term Bilingual Bridal Store Manager (English/Spanish)
Location: North Richland Hills, TX (Fort Worth Metroplex)
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 a year + Commission & Performance Bonuses

We are a premier, family-owned, off-the-rack bridal boutique dedicated to helping brides find their dream dress in a warm, welcoming, and entirely pressure-free environment. Because our brides take their designer gowns home the very same day, our store is fast-paced, high-energy, and deeply rewarding. We serve a diverse, vibrant community and are looking for an inspiring, Bilingual Store Manager (English/Spanish) to lead our team, bridge communication with our Spanish-speaking clientele, and drive sales growth.

Job Summary

As the Bilingual Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique. You will oversee daily operations, manage a high-volume inventory of off-the-rack designer gowns, and foster a team culture rooted in empathy, joy, and exceptional service. You will lead by example on the sales floor—coaching stylists, communicating effortlessly with English and Spanish-speaking families, and ensuring every bride who walks through our doors feels celebrated.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule a passionate team of bridal stylists; provide ongoing mentorship to help them hit individual sales goals.
Multilingual Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking brides and families, ensuring they receive the same luxury-level, personalized experience.
Sales & Consultation: Lead the floor during peak appointment windows, stepping in to work with brides as deeded, handle delicate styling needs, and maximize accessory add-ons.
Inventory Management: Oversee the intake, tagging, quality control, and display of a continuously rotating inventory of off-the-rack gowns and bridal accessories.
Operations & Compliance: Manage daily store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS system accuracy, and maintain a spotless, high-end boutique environment.

Required Qualifications

Language: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Required). Must be comfortable consulting with clients and handling business operations in both languages.
Experience: 3+ years of retail management experience in bridal, luxury apparel, or specialized boutique environments is highly required.
Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed store-wide sales quotas, conversion metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leadership Style: A supportive, positive mentor who thrives on building up others and maintaining a low-stress, celebratory team dynamic.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) to accommodate peak bridal appointment windows.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand and move for extended periods, navigate a fast-paced sales floor, and lift/maneuver heavy designer gowns (up to 25 lbs).
