Available schedules may include:
- 2 days: approximately 18–20 hours per week
- 3 days: approximately 27–30 hours per week
- 4 days: approximately 36–40 hours per week
- 5 days: approximately 36–40 hours per week
- Saturdays optional, depending on scheduling needs

Marketing That Helps Build Your Book
You do not have to grow alone.
Dwell invests significantly in marketing designed to consistently increase visibility and attract new guests. Our efforts generate an average of approximately 25–30 new clients per month.
Stylists are also encouraged and supported in building their own presence alongside the salon’s marketing.
An existing clientele is not required. If you already have a book of business, it may help accelerate your growth.

Compensation and Earning Potential
Income varies based on schedule, availability, demand, performance, and existing clientele.
Current average annual earnings for full-time Dwell stylists include:
- Stylists joining without an established clientele: approximately $60,000–$70,000 annually
- Stylists joining with an established clientele: approximately $70,000–$100,000+ annually
These ranges are supported by consistent marketing, new-guest flow, assistant support, front desk support, and systems designed to help stylists maximize productive time behind the chair.

Qualifications
- Current Texas cosmetology license
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a salon team
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented approach
- Experience behind the chair is welcomed, but an established clientele is not required
