Pay - $18.00 hourly

Corporate Front Desk & Mail Clerk Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
Able to work from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Previous mail processing experience preferred

Please apply if you have worked as a mail clerk, mailroom clerk, administrative clerk, office assistant, office clerk, admin assistant, data entry clerk, records clerk, document control clerk, postal clerk, receptionist, filing clerk, or customer service representative with administrative duties.

Corporate Front Desk & Mail Clerk Responsibilities

Admin Support – Coordinate meetings, manage calls/emails, and assist the Director.
Site Development – Research, identify, and visit potential new sites.
Facilities Management – Oversee property maintenance and work order completion.
Vendor & Budget – Manage vendor accounts, credentials, and expense reports.
Reception & Mail – Supervise front desk and mail operations.
