Full Job Description

Overview:

Trinity Terrace is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas. Our residents enjoy a vibrant lifestyle with exceptional amenities and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to provide on-call front desk coverage while creating a welcoming and professional experience for residents, guests, visitors, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, provide information, and route inquiries to the appropriate department or resident.
Assist residents, employees, and visitors with questions, directions, and general support needs.
Receive and distribute mail and packages while maintaining accurate records and front desk organization.
Help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring visitor access and following established procedures.

Schedule: On-Call | Hours vary between 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
Wages: $17.00 - $19.00 / hr DOE

About You

Previous experience in reception, customer service, clerical work, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience using office equipment.
