About iFlex Stretch Studios

iFlex Stretch Studios is a premier assisted stretching studio dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. We provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a welcoming, professional environment. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Receptionist/Sales Coordinator who enjoys building relationships and helping grow our membership.

Position Summary

The Receptionist/Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for members and prospective clients. This role combines front desk responsibilities with sales, lead generation, membership growth, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and motivated by achieving goals.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
Answer phones, text messages, emails, and online inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar using CRM system.
Conduct studio tours and educate prospective members on our services.
Convert leads into memberships through consultative sales.
Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email.
Perform daily outreach to local businesses, gyms, apartments, schools, and community organizations.
Assist with marketing events and community partnerships.
Process memberships, payments, and retail sales.
Check members in and out while maintaining accurate records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
Help achieve monthly membership and sales goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service, receptionist, or sales experience preferred.
Experience in fitness, wellness, medical, spa, or hospitality is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with leads.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation.
