Full Job Description

Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Financial Management: Assist in managing the restaurant's budget, including monitoring expenses, sales, and profitability.
Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
Shift Management: Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operations.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Marketing and Promotions: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping
