Responsibilities:

Demonstrate ability to be proactive, anticipate client needs, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure exceptional care and support.
Provide personal care and hygiene support (bathing, grooming, toileting).
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
Support clients with behavioral health needs, including dementia, traumatic brain injuries, and developmental disabilities.
Administer medication reminders
Foster emotional well-being through companionship and social activities.
Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
Maintain a clean-living environment with light housekeeping.
Document care and report changes in client conditions.

Requirements:

CNA or HHA Certification (preferred)
Experience with advanced client care and behavioral health support (preferred)
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
Willingness to work nights and weekends or coverage shifts (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable with bending, standing, and navigating stairs

Pay: Based on experience & certifications

Work Location: In-person
