Position Description:

Looking for a role where your organization and communication skills make a real impact?

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in keeping our facility running smoothly. You’ll support leadership, manage office workflows, and ensure operations stay efficient and organized.

What You’ll Do

Support facility leadership with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, maintaining files, and typing correspondence
Track records and maintain databases to ensure accurate information
Take, transcribe, and maintain meeting minutes, agendas, and other important documentation
Keep calendars updated and schedule appointments for leadership team members
Receive, sort, and route mail and correspondence efficiently
Assist with office supply management, event coordination, and other administrative duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)

Licenses/Certifications

Completion of client-mandated certifications and/or training (required)
