ABOUT RALPH'S JOY OF LIVING
We've been helping Northwest Ohio \"escape from grouchy\" since 1950. Ralph's is a second-generation, family-owned appliance and bedding retailer with stores in Tiffin, Findlay, and Fremont. We carry top brands — GE, Bosch, Whirlpool, LG, Frigidaire, Speed Queen, and more — and we sell, deliver, install, and service everything we sell. Our service department is what sets us apart, and the Parts & Service Coordinator is the person who keeps it running.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Parts & Service Coordinator owns the parts side of every service call. You'll order parts from vendors, track every shipment, record the six required fields on every order (vendor, order date, carrier, tracking #, expected arrival, received date, invoice #), file warranty claims, and tell our techs and our customers exactly when each part is going to arrive. When a customer calls to ask \"where's my part?\", you're the person with the answer.

Detail-obsessed — you fill in every field on every order, every time, without being reminded
Organized — your desk, your inbox, and your spreadsheets all make sense
Great phone manner — confident calling GE, Bosch, Whirlpool, LG, Frigidaire, and Speed Queen reps to chase a part or push a warranty claim
Persistent — you don't take \"we'll get back to you\" for an answer
Customer-friendly — comfortable telling a homeowner exactly when their part will arrive
Team-oriented — works closely with service technicians and the warehouse
Honest, dependable, and unflappable when six things land on your desk at once
Willingness to learn — vendor systems, our POS, and the parts side of every brand we carry

BENEFITS

Full-time Monday – Friday (nights, weekends, and holidays off)

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

At least 18 years of age
