Summary

Become a vital part of a thriving, results-oriented real estate team and acquire practical experience in the Colorado Springs market. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Showing Assistant with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for learning in a fast-moving, team-focused environment. Our team provides thorough training, continuous support, and established systems to help you enhance your skills and grow your confidence in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

Complete New Agent Launch and implement team systems and processes
Show homes and assist buyers throughout the home search process
Communicate feedback from showings to help refine client search criteria
Assist with writing and negotiating offers alongside the lead agent
Consistently lead generate and follow up with prospective clients
Participate in weekly trainings, coaching sessions, script practice, and team meetings
Help create a smooth and positive experience for clients throughout the buying process

Qualifications

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

People oriented
Positive, happy attitude
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
Self-motivated, dependable, and growth-minded
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active real estate license required or currently in the process of obtaining one
