Job Summary:

Iron Buffalo Truck & Trailer is Colorado's leading independent Heavy Duty Truck and Truck-Mounted Crane maintenance facility. Our core business is supporting mid-sized regional fleets specializing in construction material delivery, vocational trucks, and commercial transportation.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Colorado Springs market by developing long-term relationships with commercial fleet customers.

This is an opportunity to build and grow a portfolio of commercial fleet accounts while representing a company recognized for exceptional service, technical expertise, and integrity. Success in this role is built on relationship development, consistent execution, and delivering real value to our customers.

This is a performance-driven sales role offering significant earning potential for professionals who are motivated to build relationships, develop new business, and grow with a rapidly expanding organization.

Your customers will include commercial trucking companies, construction fleets, vocational truck operators, municipalities, equipment operators, and other fleet businesses that depend on maximizing vehicle uptime.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities through customer visits, networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial fleet customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend the products and services that best support their business objectives.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through disciplined prospecting, relationship management, and effective sales strategies.
Utilize HubSpot CRM to maintain an organized sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and manage business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with our inside sales, service, parts, and operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Represent Iron Buffalo professionally within the commercial transportation industry while expanding our customer base throughout your assigned territory.
Manage your territory with professionalism, accountability, and a long-term relationship mindset.
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding your customers' operations and connecting them with the right solutions for their fleet.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical sales, heavy-duty truck service, heavy equipment service, commercial fleet sales, or a related B2B industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Demonstrated sales success with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Experience developing new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-based selling.
Working knowledge of CRM software; HubSpot experience is preferred.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend practical solutions.
A commitment to professionalism, integrity, accountability, and delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales results. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with fleet customers while working closely with our service, parts, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to coordinate internal resources on behalf of your customers.
