Full Job Description

Adriana's Insurance is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and highly strategic Bilingual Performance Marketing Copywriter to join our Marketing Department. In this role, you will be the voice of our high-converting marketing and sales funnels. You won't just execute; you will propose and implement targeted communication strategies tailored to different customer segmentations, lead sources, and stages of the customer journey.

From writing high-intent copy for "hot" insurance leads looking for an immediate quote, to engineering long-term educational nurturing sequences for "cold" lead-magnet signups, your words will directly drive conversions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Inbound Marketing (Full-Funnel Content)

Craft high-converting copy for digital channels (Paid Media, Email, SMS) to attract new prospects.
Develop advanced segmentation strategies, tailoring messaging by age groups, lead sources, specific products, and funnel stages.
Write dynamic, personalized email and SMS sequences designed to nurse cold/warm leads into active buyers.
Actively participate in constant A/B testing of headlines, hooks, CTAs, and body copy to squeeze maximum efficiency out of every campaign.

2. Web & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

Write compelling copy for landing pages and forms to reduce friction in the buying process.
SEO-Driven Blog & Web Content: Write high-quality, long-form blog posts and articles structured for search engines. This includes strategically using H1, H2, and H3 heading hierarchies, integrating target keywords naturally, crafting compelling meta descriptions, and writing with featured snippets in mind to capture organic traffic at the top of the funnel.
AEO & GEO (Answer & Generative Engine Optimization): Go beyond traditional SEO. Structure website and blog content to be highly discoverable by modern AI search engines. This includes writing clear, direct answers to high-intent queries, using authoritative data, and structuring content with precise schema-friendly layouts so AI engines can easily crawl, summarize, and cite our brand as a primary source.
Collaborate with the analytics team to review the performance of your copy (open rates, CTR, conversion rates).
Transform data into strategic copy adjustments, quickly pivoting strategies based on weekly and monthly KPI monitoring.

Required Skills

Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven experience writing high-converting Emails, SMS/Text Messages, Landing Pages, Blogs, and Website Copy.
Funnel Fluency: You know how to treat a Hot Lead (speed, clarity, urgency) vs. a Cold/Warm Lead (value-first, education, nurturing for lead magnet funnels).
Performance-First Mindset: You understand that the ultimate metric of good copy is conversions, not just creativity.
Bilingual Mastery: Native or professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish. You must be able to capture emotional hooks, slang, and technical terms seamlessly in both languages.
Energy & Communication: You possess high energy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can clearly articulate your communication strategies to the broader team.

Pay: $25-$35 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:00 am- 7:00 pm

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
