Full Job Description

Telemarketer / Appointment Setter – Home ImprovementAbout the Role

Looking for an energetic and motivated Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments for our home improvement sales team. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy talking with people, and are driven by performance, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation

$20–$22 per hour, based on experience.
Performance incentives for appointments that result in a completed sale.
Opportunities for advancement and increased earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to homeowners.
Schedule qualified in-home estimates for our sales team.
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
Update customer information in our CRM.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.
Basic computer skills.
Reliable, punctual, and coachable.
Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
Must attend the office every Monday for training, script practice, performance reviews, and team meetings.
