Medical Aesthetician

Revive Wellness Centers — Torrance, CA

Revive Wellness Centers is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing Torrance team.

Medical aesthetics experience is REQUIRED. Candidates without professional experience working in a medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or comparable medical aesthetic practice will not be considered.

This is an opportunity for an experienced aesthetician who combines excellent hands-on treatment skills with strong patient communication, product knowledge, and the ability to develop long-term treatment relationships.

About the Role

Our Medical Aesthetician will work alongside our clinical team to provide results-driven aesthetic treatments and help patients develop comprehensive skin-health plans.

We are looking for someone who understands that an exceptional aesthetician does more than perform a treatment. You should be comfortable educating patients, recommending appropriate services and professional skincare, building treatment plans, introducing membership opportunities, and developing a loyal patient following.

Responsibilities

Perform professional aesthetic treatments within California scope of practice and Revive protocols
Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, maintenance, and home-care regimens
Recommend and confidently discuss professional skincare products
Identify opportunities for complementary services and appropriately refer patients to Revive's medical providers
Develop strong, long-term patient relationships that support retention and repeat visits
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
Follow all clinical, sanitation, safety, and infection-control standards
Maintain treatment rooms and ensure an elevated, professional patient experience
Participate in ongoing education, training, events, and practice initiatives
Support Revive's membership program and overall patient-retention strategy

Required Qualifications

Current California Esthetician License
Professional medical aesthetics experience — REQUIRED, no exceptions
Demonstrated experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a medical aesthetics environment
Strong knowledge of professional skincare, skin conditions, treatment planning, and appropriate home-care recommendations
Comfortable discussing and recommending products, treatment series, memberships, and complementary services
Excellent consultation and patient-education skills
Professional, polished, warm, and confident communication style
Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional patient care
Team-oriented and comfortable working collaboratively with RNs, NPs/PAs, and other medical providers

Spa-only experience without medical aesthetics experience does not meet the qualifications for this position.

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill level, plus performance-based service, product, and membership incentives.
