Role Description

This full-time, on-site entry-level role focuses on initial user support, resolving common technical issues like password resets, software installation, and hardware setup via phone, email, or chat, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support team members. The specialist will also be responsible for assisting clients with their technical challenges and maintaining a high level of customer service. Key skills include strong communication, basic IT knowledge, and familiarity with ticketing systems to ensure user productivity. The role is based in Sugarloaf, PA.

Competencies

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant work experience is required
Working knowledge of PC's, operating systems, applications, networks, and hardware concepts
Customer focused
Understanding of IT processes and procedures concepts
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Excellent Customer Service abilities with a user-focused mindset

Required Education and Experience

Minimum of High School Diploma Required
Certificate and/or bachelor's degree in technology preferred
1 to 2 years of IT/help desk experience is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
